Teaching organizations:
The teaching organizations below also have professional members outside the United States. In addition, they have auxiliary web sites that provide information, video, books, and other products for players and coaches.
http://www.uspta.com/
Established in 1927, the United States Professional Tennis Association [USPTA] is the oldest organization for teaching professionals in the world. Its headquarters are located in Houston, Texas. Lots of information is available on this web site, including a free weekly video lesson.
http://www.ptrtennis.org/
The Professional Tennis Registry [PTR], founded in 1976 by Dennis Van der Meer, has its headquarters on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Over 14,000 teaching professionals around the world have been trained and certified with PTR.

Hall of Fame
http://www.tennisfame.com/
This is the website for the International Tennis Hall of Fame, located in Newport, Rhode Island. There is also a nice museum and the oldest grass courts (13) in the U.S. that are available to the public. If you want to play on them, it is recommended that you make reservations in advance. Playing on the grass is expensive, because maintaining high-quality grass tennis courts is very costly. They have a number of different rates which depend on the number of players in your group, how many courts or court-hours you want to reserve. The grass court season runs from mid-May to September. Indoor tennis is also available.

Instructional Video and Audio:
http://www.tennisplayer.net/indexpublic.html
This might be the Cadillac or Ferrari of tennis instruction websites, containing videos and information about every aspect of the game you could possibly think of. Unfortunately, it is not free, but as my papa used to say, "You get what you pay for." Do you want to run with the big dogs? OK, then, grasshopper, join this site, by the month or by the year, and read, re-read, and memorize what Mr Yandell has to offer you.
https://www.tennisdrills.tv/#
This is another very, very strong website with many, many drills recorded on video for players and coaches alike. The creator is Jorge Capestany, a Master Professional with PTR and USPTA. Great stuff!
http://www.hi-techtennis.com/
In the hi-tech tennis, you will see over 1000 examples of famous players hitting all the strokes in the game. High-speed photography adds to the quality and your increased learning capability. Go for it, you will not be disappointed.
http://usprotennisshop.com/
The USPTA's online shop. They have an large collection of high-quality DVD's on a wide variety of topics. If you love tennis, you should be able to find at least two or three DVD's covering topics that interest you. Unlike most private lessons, you can re-play the DVD over and over, until you've "internalized" it.
http://www.tenniswarrior.com/
I bought an audio CD (The Refocus Technique) and also a book (The Truth About Winning) from Coach Veneziano, and they're both very strong. Whether you're a world-class professional or a 2.0 player who's still learning the strokes, you will not be disappointed. He also has a free email newsletter with excellent advice for all players.

A relative newcomer to my list [2015]. After observing the free intro videos, this one looks like a winner. Give it a click and see what you think of it.
